Ms. May Chan has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, business advisory, and corporate finance. Before joining our firm, she worked in Hong Kong Big Four audit firms and as a Chief Financial Officer of a Hong Kong Main Board listed company.
Ms. May Chan has extensive experience in providing audit and accounting services to international and multinational companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She also assisted a number of Hong Kong entities, PRC stated-owned enterprises and PRC local entities for their listing on stock exchanges in Hong Kong, Singapore and United States. She was the Deputy chairman of Public Practice Committee in Greater China of CPA Australia in 2017.
Mr. Justin Lam has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of accounting and auditing. Before joining our firm, he worked in a Hong Kong second tier audit firm.
Mr. Justin Lam has extensive experience in providing audit and accounting services to small and medium-sized enterprises and listed companies in Hong Kong. His experience in variety industries includes clients engaged in property investments and development, dissemination of advertisement, manufacturing, trading, and money lending and financial services. Mr. Justin Lam also has wide-ranging experience on mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence and internal control reviews exercises in Hong Kong and the Mainland China.
